With a focus on technology, we offer a variety of completion products intended to enhance the access point in a well while optimizing production in the treatment operation of a reservoir. Our tools enable operators to improve the performance of the reservoir while achieving higher extraction ratios, reducing capital expenditure, saving time, and increasing production.

The **Completion Specialist** in **Estevan, Saskatchewan** will oversee and install NOV Completion Tools equipment at customer job sites. The Completion Specialist will account for, caliper, and measure all equipment against job packets, well data, tallies, while organizing paperwork and helping customers with tool placements. Our Completion Specialist will also play an active part in customer sales and service activities. This includes speaking with customers and following up on sales leads and assisting in developing our customer base in the Estevan region.

**Essential Job Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all aspects of job preparation, tool assembly, deployment and installation ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Identify possible problems in running equipment while communicating with the customer and NOV Operations
- Ensure that all possible preparations have taken place, equipment is fit for use, and all pre-installation checks have been carried out, as well as ensure that all documentation is accurate and accounted for
- Oversee installation of all equipment at customer job sites
- Maintain appropriate contact with customer representative at the well-site
- Produce in depth reports of all well site activities prior to and during installation
- Account for, caliper, and measure all NOV equipment against job specifications
- Perform hydraulic calculations including displacements, capacities, buoyancies, and pressures, and record on schematics and reports
- Accurately complete installation reports, schematics, and field tickets
- Demonstrate availability and be fit for work during on call rotation
- Performing day to day shop activities when required.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- **Minimum of five years’ experience in conventional completion, coil tools.**:

- **Extensive technical and practical knowledge of downhole tools, liner hangers, packers, stage tools, annulus casing packers, and coil tools**:

- **Full understanding of Completion Tools - operation, rebuild and teardown processes**:

- **Evaluating wellbore conditions and recognizing potential problems prior to development**:

- Understand the effects of down hole hydraulics and how it pertains to tool function and set up
- Ability to perform required calculations such as downhole hydraulics, displacements, tallies and tubing movements
- Ability to read and understanding engineering handbooks
- **Live in/or around Estevan area.**:

- Must submit to a Physical Test
- Clean Drivers Abstract

**HSE Requirements**:

- Shop environment orientation (exits, fire extinguishers, first aid & eyewash stations, spill kits, propane storage) and yard environment (building locations, processes);
- Standing, walking, squatting, bending, reaching, and walking (further details to be reviewed on JHA);
- All applicable Field Service on-site ticket requirement as per HSE Manager and client requirements;
- Strong safety leadership and a proven record of commitment to fulfilling all safety documentation requirements and duties;
- PPE training for possible noise exposure, mists/vapors, gloves, safety glasses and steel toed boots;
- WHMIS training
