Key Responsibilities:

- Programming and operation of a Citizen L20 Lathe and Haas Minimill
- CAD and CAM with Fusion 360.
- Assist in designing and creating new products.
- Conduct routine maintenance of machines and equipment and general housekeeping of the work area.
- Maintain accurate records
- Assisting in other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

- CNC Machinist Technician Certificate or be currently enrolled in the program
- Basic knowledge of G code and the ability to manipulate it manually to adjust parts
- Basic knowledge of CAM/CAD to generate drawings and toolpaths for parts or fixtures
- Exceptional manual dexterity with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and able to focus on the tasks at hand
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Work well in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a high precision, fast paced environment
- Desire to improve products and work for a rapidly growing small business.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
