ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, driving lead generation, and ensuring effective communication with our target audience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our clients and prospects.

Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following:
Lead Generation:

- Optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Content Creation and Collateral:

- Create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and product brochures.
- Collaborate with technical experts to translate complex concepts into accessible content.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all materials.

Branding and Positioning:

- Define and refine our brand identity, ensuring alignment with company values and market positioning.
- Manage brand guidelines, visual assets, and tone of voice.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing:

- Execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
- Monitor website analytics and user behavior to enhance user experience.

Event Management:

- Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and conferences.
- Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
- Leverage events for lead generation and brand exposure.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:

- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts.
- Provide sales enablement materials and support.

ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field experience
- Proven experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably in colocation, cloud, or GPU/AI-related domains.
- Proficiency in HTML and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
