We are a food manufacturer and distributor, and are currently looking for a Warehouse/Logistics Worker who is energetic, looks forward to challenges and has a desire to learn and grow with our company.

**Main Job Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this person will be responsible for:

- Processing all in-and outbound shipments including, but not limited to sorting, logging, delivering, packing and shipping
- Auditing each shipment prior to packing to ensure that goods match order
- Packing and labeling products based on established standards
- Ensuring that proper equipment, manuals, and accessories are shipped with correct order
- Various aspects of receiving, stocking, and releasing products; preparing shipping and receiving documentation; maintaining orderly files for all documentation
- Participating in scheduling of daily transportation
- Processing all receiving transactions and paperwork
- Inspecting all incoming freight for damage; follow-up with Purchasing department to resolve any damaged freight issues
- Assisting in maintaining material inventory levels
- Assisting in responses to requests for tracing of missing shipments
- Assisting in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in shipping area
- Performing required administrative tasks; preparing all required reports and correspondence
- Reporting, invoice checking, cost comparison and analysis, researching, etc.
- Work site and equipment maintenance arrangement, clean up

**PRE-REQUISITES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to communicate in Japanese preferred
- Detailed oriented/accuracy
- Physically fit, quick learner and self-starter under mínimal supervision
- Multi-tasking skills
- Computer skills
- Able to operate a hand jack or electric pallet jack

**LICENSE, CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**
- A valid driver license (clean driving record)

**GOOD TO HAVE**
- Experience with forklift and pallet jack is a bonus
