Appoint Staffing is actively looking for a Recruitment Specialist to assist the hiring of Contingent Labor Workforce for important clients in operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct intake meetings with clients to decide on applicant skills and qualification standards as needed.
- Manage and Update clients of all the hiring progress for them.
- It will be recruitment specialist responsibility to assist clients or client relations managers at every stage of the hiring of contract workers as the order is received.
- It will be responsibility of recruitment specialist to meet the present and future dedicated client’s demand and continually develop and sustain a talent pipeline.
- Time-Management and setting priorities as the orders are received from clients. A recruitment specialist should be able to manage 3 - 8 orders at once.
- Help Management in evaluating top personnel in light of established positions.
- Conduct tests and train workers on guidelines provided by specific clients.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, creation, and maintenance of all documents will be a responsibility of the Recruitment Specialist.
- Assist hiring Managers and Client Relation Managers with gathering contractor time and approving timesheets.
- Recruit college, university, and other educational institution graduates when needed.
- Brief Managers and other additional new staff members in the recruitment department on hiring Practices.

**Requirements**:
We are in search for a recruitment specialist who has the ability of getting a job done successfully. We are looking for a recruitment specialist in the form of a leader who can lead our recruitment department and possibly fulfill our clients’ requirements at every stage. This role is for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy recruiting, honest, and ability to lead things in the right direction.
- Proven employment history as a staffing agency recruiter or in a similar position.
- Managing the overall cycle of hiring and placing workers.
- Experience with conducting interviews in various formats, including group interviews, in-person interviews, and initial phone screening interviews.
- Knowledge of various applicants tracking systems and resume database.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills will be a plus.
- Setting Priorities, time-management organizational skills are must.
- Experience and knowledge of building a network from scratch through different strategies.
- Willing to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
- Permission to work in Canada.
- A graduate or Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
