Title: Data Analyst
Work location: West Road, Richmond, BC V6X 0S7
Work hours: Hours/Week
Compensation: $40/hour
Benefit: 2 weeks paid vacation

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform data mining and analysis using internal databases and external marketing channel data.
Spool raw data, interpret, and give insight.
Develop dashboard, reports, and visualization using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Prepare and present analytical insight and presentation to the management.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or pattern in complex data sets.
Perform initial analysis to assess the quality of the data.
Collaborate with the management to prioritize business and information needs.
Collaborate with other teams to identify data-related requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Monitor access controls and permissions to maintain data security.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a relevant field.
Minimum of one year working as a Data Analyst.
Proficiency in working with database management systems like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
Familiarity with programming languages Python or R Programming is an asset.
Familiarity with data security, backup, and recovery procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
