Pay Rate: $20.00 to $23.00/hour

**Job Description Summary**

We have a requirement for experienced Owner Operators for commercial cleaning for a single location on Monday evenings.

**Shifts Available for Part-Time Positions**:

- 3 hour evening shift
- Monday nights specific

Beneficial Experience:

- Restaurant front of house

As a subcontractor:

- Must have valid insurance coverage
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Must have Registered Business Number
- Must have some of your own cleaning equipment
- Must have other regular work, this can not be your sole work
- Willing to sign non-solicitation agreement
- Willing to sign sub-contractors agreement

**TYPICAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings)
- Use light (commercial type) floor (buffers)
- Vacuum winter runner mats
- Wash windowsills; glass in interior doors, partition, and specified windows.
- Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior
- Wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate.
- Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies. Standard bathroom procedures are to damp wipe glass surfaces, empty waste baskets, service soap and toilet paper dispensers, clean tile walls, stall partitions, sweep/mop/scrub floors, etc.
- Monitor and report possible defects such as clogged urinals
- Collect garbage placing it in approved container outside
- Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers as required
- Move tables and scrub floors underneath as necessary
- Baseboards cleaning as necessary
- Any other duties as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Able to communicate in English
- Must be able to lift 40lbs regularly
- Must have own transportation and minimum equipment
- Must be able to follow directions, to work with mínimal supervision, and to function cooperatively
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
- Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
