Maintenance Supervisor

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history.
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance team members.
- Troubleshoot low voltage systems, logic controllers, and industrial maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance and supervising maintenance teams.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.
- Ability to troubleshoot logic controllers and industrial machinery.
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.86-$36.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
