**Responsibilities**:

- ** Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movements, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand.
- ** Order Processing**: Process incoming orders promptly and accurately, including picking, packing, and shipping parts and equipment to customers or internal departments.
- ** Receiving**: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and ensure proper documentation and storage of received goods.
- ** Warehouse Organization**: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including arranging stock for efficient storage and retrieval, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clutter-free workspace.
- ** Parts Sales Support**: Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- ** Quality Control**: Inspect incoming and outgoing parts for quality and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- ** Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse or parts-related role preferred but not required.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
- ** Team Player**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, cooperating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- ** Physical Fitness**: Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, as well as standing and walking for extended periods.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- ** Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills required for data entry and using inventory management software (training will be provided if necessary).
