**Job Title**:Domestic Production Coordinator**

You will be responsible for communicating daily with vendors and factories, preparing purchase orders and ensuring on-time deliveries. We are looking for an organized, collaborative and detail-oriented individual to join our domestic apparel production team at Bioworld Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations and ensure a smooth and timely execution on the order process.
- Identify issues and ensure resolutions are conducted in a timely manner.
- Make certain that all production related queries across internal and external partners are timely and properly addressed to.
- Create purchase orders on SAP and communicate with vendors and factories to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Update the WIP report on a daily basis.
- Follow up on orders to expedite production, ensuring a smooth flow of work activity.
- Maintains inventory of materials and parts needed to complete production and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Assists the sales team in researching and sourcing products.
- Inputs system inventory data as required.
- Check and track goods receiving documents and receive orders in SAP.
- Review invoices and packing lists against purchase order for payment to vendors.
- Plan production organizational activities by establishing tasks, objectives and priorities.
- Work closely with internal partners to implement brand production initiatives and attend all critical meetings pertinent to production department.
- Review, evaluate, develop, and implement production procedures to improve efficiency across the production flow.
- Build relationships with both internal and external partners to foster a collaborative work environment and sustain long term alliances.
- Completes other tasks and assignments as required by management.
- Visiting domestic contractors if needed
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of apparel products a plus but not required
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with spreadsheets
- Ability to always maintain a positive and calm demeanor
- Energetic, motivated, willing to learn
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written, including problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment and fluid organizational structure
- Knowledge of screen printing and SAP is an asset.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
