**Responsibilities**:
Perform various carpentry tasks, including but not limited to framing, finishing, trim work, and custom installations.
Interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine project requirements.
Accurately measure, cut, and shape materials according to project plans.
Install and assemble structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and staircases.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in carpentry.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
