**Summary**
The Production Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring compliance to the production process, heath and safely standards, policies and procedures, execution of production schedules, and the overall manufacturing efficiencies. The production Supervisor is also responsible for all aspects of people-development in terms of, onboarding, training, coaching, mentoring, and proper execution of our disciplinary procedure. Your leadership and strong organizational skills will play a critical role in achieving a healthy and desired work-culture and operational excellence, while driving the success of our manufacturing operations.

**Job Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring execution of the production schedules, while adhering to quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Ensures compliance to all company policies and procedures.
- Plan and organize production workflows, assigning tasks and responsibilities to production team members, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Ensure that production processes are properly adhered to.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify that products meet required specifications, taking corrective actions as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
- Train and mentor production team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment and develop a skilled workforce.
- Identify orders consuming additional time and discuss corrective actions to overcome and minimize any downtimes.
- Focus on the company KPIs and constantly make efforts to meet the goals along with the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues, implement process improvements, and resolve production-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety awareness among production staff, identifying and mitigating potential hazards and risks.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in corrugator manufacturing, and proactively identify opportunities for process innovation and efficiency improvements.
- Expected to attain in everyway possible to achieve productivity goals, reduce waste and downtime.
- Complete shift reports, production analysis, and all other paperwork necessary.
- Submit maintenance work order requirements as required.
- Create NCRs.
- Demonstrates good leadership ability through coaching, mentoring, and proper use of the disciplinary process.
- Run production equipment as required.
- Management reserve the right to change the job description at any given time as per the company requirements.
- Understand quality policy, company quality manual and its basic requirements.
- Work in compliance with Flint Quality policies and procedures and maintain quality controlled documentation.
- Participate and coordinate to create and improve quality documents according to company quality standard.
- Assist the team oriented problem solving mechanism, and suggest corrective actions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Understand occupational Health and safety standards and aware with terms and policies of the Company.
- Ensure the health and safety of all workers under your direct supervision
- Monitor operations to ensure all equipment are safe to operate to keep workplace safe.
- Ensure all workers use appropriate PPE and they are aware of their use during work and that is in good condition.
- Ensure that workers receive appropriate training to use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that the company requires.
- Ensure that workers are aware of potential or actual hazards and have dealt with or are dealing with the actual hazards in the workplace.
- Provide orientation to new crew members and review safety aspects of each task with crew.
- Be alert to hazards and report them immediately to Manager and/or Employer.
- Ensure all workers are aware of all known hazards to keep workplace safe.
- Intervenes in correcting an unsafe work practice noticed at work.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to worker concerns and if possible, cooperate in their correction.
