En tant qu'Agent d'accueil (SP0268), vous seriez responsable de:

- Offrir un service téléphonique pour expliquer et clarifier le mandat de l'ombudsman des contribuables, ainsi que pour recueillir des informations concernant les plaintes liées au service.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements dans un centre de contact au rythme rapide.
- Procéder à l'examen des plaintes reçues en ligne, par télécopieur et par courrier; triage selon notre mandat et conformément à nos politiques et procédures.
- Fournir des explications et des clarifications, oralement et par écrit à l'interne du BOC comme à l'externe.
- Saisir les données de cas et vérifier l'exactitude de l'achèvement du cas.

**Veuillez noter que ce poste comprendra également les éléments suivants**:

- L'utilisation d'un casque ou d'un combiné pendant des périodes prolongées.
- Être assis et travailler devant un écran d'ordinateur pendant de longues périodes.
- Travailler dans un environnement contenant du bruit de fond.
- Répondre aux demandes urgentes et complexes des contribuables dans des situations exigeantes, y compris des délais courts et des interactions difficiles.
