Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rigging/Jack & Roll Supervisor(s) to oversee some of our unique operations. As a Prime Movers supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of rigging/jack & roll activities. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent problem-solving skills.
**Duties**:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including rigging, lifting and jack & roll operations, as well as personnel management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment
- Monitor operations and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and lifting systems to identify any installation and maintenance or repair needs
- Coordinate with all levels of management, staff and clients to ensure effective operational completeness
- Train and mentor crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of operations, equipment usage, and personnel performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory/lead role in the rigging and hoisting/jack & roll industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of rigging and jack & roll operations, lifting equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Experience in training crew members
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with crew members, vendors, and clients
- Lead by example in instilling a strong safety culture
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
