As the Lead Grower at Botanic Bloom, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the cultivation and health of our diverse plant inventory. Your expertise in horticulture and hands-on experience in plant care will be essential in maintaining the high standards we uphold for our products. You will work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the overall success of our growing operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Plant Cultivation**:

- Manage the day-to-day activities involved in the cultivation of various plant species.
- Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions, including temperature, humidity, and light levels.
- Implement best practices for irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
- **Supervision and Training**:

- Lead and supervise a team of growers and assistant growers.
- Provide training and guidance on plant care techniques and nursery procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the growing team.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the health and vitality of all plants.
- Identify and address issues such as pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies promptly.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Work closely with inventory management to track plant growth, anticipate demand, and plan for future production needs.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of plant varieties, quantities, and growth stages.
- **Research and Development**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in horticulture.
- Collaborate with the management team to explore new plant varieties and cultivation techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a grower or similar role in a plant nursery.
- Strong knowledge of plant biology, horticultural practices, and pest management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
