Junior Grower

As a Junior Grower at Botanic Bloom, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing operations and ensuring the health and vitality of our plant inventory. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in horticulture to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our nursery.

**Responsibilities**:
**Plant Care**:

- Assist in the day-to-day care of various plant species, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Learn and implement proper horticultural techniques under the guidance of the Lead Grower.

**Cultivation Support**:

- Work closely with the growing team to maintain optimal growing conditions for plants.
- Assist in monitoring and adjusting environmental factors such as temperature and humidity.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the Lead Grower and other team members to achieve common goals.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in plant cultivation.

**Quality Control**:

- Learn to identify and address issues related to plant health, pests, and diseases.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality for all plants in the nursery.

**Inventory Assistance**:

- Support inventory management by recording plant growth, health, and other relevant data.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining an accurate record of plant varieties.

**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiasm for plants and a desire to learn about horticulture.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to work outdoors.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
