**Unbounded Front of Well & Customer Service: Role Overview and Requirements**
- Thorough knowledge of Unbounded Website, Unbounded Well Website, all Unbounded products, and Arketa System reviewed during onboarding.
- Thorough knowledge of Arketa booking system, packages, booking settings and customer service related adjustments.
- Familiar with booking policies and capacities of our booking system.
- Familiar with Unbounded Well waiver, gift card process, adding new members and making adjustments while adding notes on their accounts.
- Familiar with contacts, suppliers and partners of Unbounded Well.
- Opening/Closing Duties and hourly maintenance of UW spaces: firepit areas, saunas, ice tubs, geodesic dome, lockers, shower areas, washrooms, grounds, litter on premises, garbage. FOH spaces.
- FOH checklist to be completed on opening shifts, closing and mid-day. Refer to the checklist onsite inclusive of maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the front of house.
- Folding towels, maintaining towel stocks, and managing any supply notices for equipment orders, towel orders, cleaning product orders and notifying when replacement is needed.

**Setting the Vibe**
- Ambiance in the space, symmetry in space, scent, light, sound, firepits based on brand onboarding training provided.
- Supporting members on the team, operating as a leader while on shift.

**Customer Service**
- Providing site touring for guests and patrons in the space.
- Providing orientation for new members and new guests.
- Thorough knowledge of pricing, membership, science, operations of Unbounded Well and thorough knowledge of Unbounded Well products including Unbounded events and Cold Camp.
- Providing information of Unbounded Well to patrons, guests, team members as needed.
- Promoting the benefits, experience and Unbounded Well products to guests and patrons of Stackt market and UW.
- Familiar with the science and benefits of Unbounded Well services in cold and hot therapy.

**Training**
- Onboarding
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Unbounded Sauna & Tub Support Training
- Continued Learning with Unbounded

**Leadership**
- Working with Unbounded Well, Stackt market in cohesive and compassionate manor inclusive of Stackt staff and residents.
- Covering the back of house when necessary and working as a team unit communicating before and after shifts as well as sessions.
- Deep understanding of the flow of guests and when to make adjustments on the fly to support guest flow.
- Able to maintain and build professional relationships and rapport with patrons, team members and guests.

**Brand and Culture**
- Representing the brand onsite based on brand culture and alignment and refrains from representing other brands simultaneously.

**Physical Requirements**
- Supporting physical labour duties where possible inclusive of lifting, caring and moving heavy objects weighing sometimes over 40lbs. (water buckets, ice buckets, benches, planters, sauna accessories, wood, tools, flags, firepits, mats, tubs, towel linen bags, shoveling, salting.
- Capable of working outdoors for long periods of time in all seasons and weather conditions responsible to dress appropriately in cold and wet weather and all conditions.
- Able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours.

- Prior experience working in a studio (highly preferred)

- Time-management skills and reliability
- Strong communication skills and strong command of the English language
