**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by being attentive, knowledgeable, and proactive.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all special requests or dietary needs are addressed.
- Guide guests in selecting wines from our curated wine list, offering recommendations and educating them about wine pairings.
- Assist in wine menu management, including keeping the wine list updated and managing inventory.
- Lead the floor on select nights, coordinating staff, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a server in a high-end or fine dining setting.
- Previous wine education and/or certification (e.g., Sommelier certification or wine courses).
- Knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and food pairings.
- Ability to manage a team and run the floor on busy nights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in wine menu development or wine list management.
- Knowledge of POS systems and order management software.
- Leadership experience or desire to grow into a management role.
