**About Us**:
CNG Insulation & Drywall is a leading provider of high-quality drywall and insulation services in The GTA. We are looking for an experienced Drywall Taper to lead a team of tapers and ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and with top-notch quality.

**Job Summary**:
The Taper Foreman will supervise and coordinate the activities of taping crew members, ensuring that drywall finishing is done to the highest standard. You will be responsible for managing daily tasks, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring that the team adheres to safety standards and project deadlines. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of drywall taping techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of drywall tapers, providing direction and support.
- Actively participate in taping and finishing drywall to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure that all work, including your own, is completed according to project deadlines.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and drawings to ensure accurate execution.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, finding practical solutions to keep the work on track.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors on-site to ensure seamless workflow.
- Ensure that all materials and tools are available and in good condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to team members as needed.
- Monitor project progress, make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines, and maintain team productivity.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of experience** in drywall taping and finishing.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of drywall finishing tools, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions on-site.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and car.
- Ability to travel to job sites within The GTA and surrounding areas.
- Valid work permit.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in both residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to read blueprints and plans.

**Join Our Team**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
