We are currently seeking a creative Chef to take on a key role in developing menu items, managing kitchen staff, and overseeing all kitchen operations. The Chef will be responsible for recruiting and retaining staff, fostering strong relationships with team members, and maximizing staff productivity. We are looking for someone with a passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow with the brand.

Chef Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire Kitchen Department and collaborate with the General Manager
- Develop and adjust the food menu and create feature dishes in accordance with brand standards
- Recruit, train, and assess staff levels to meet service, operational, and financial goals
- Handle administrative tasks, conduct weekly inventory counts, and monitor and adjust food and labor costs
- Enforce health and safety policies and ensure equipment cleanliness

Qualifications/Requirements:

- 2+ years of Culinary Education
- 4+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage weekly inventory, costs, and budgets
- Experience in hiring, training, and efficient problem-solving
- Knowledge of current food trends and adaptability
- Experience in building strong relationships with local suppliers
- Must have a fun personality

Pay: $55,000.00-$69,903.90 per year
