**Company description**

We sell and service Hot Tubs and Swim Spas at Paramount Recreation. Our company services all of Vancouver Island from our location in Coombs and we are looking to add a Service Tech to our team.

**Job description**

We are a local, family owned business, with a small and close-knit team. We are looking for someone who is hard working, professional, and ready to learn, with an interest in customer service and a strong work ethic.

No post-secondary education required, relevant work experience is necessary.

Job responsibilities will include:

- Hot tub repair work in the field
- Hot tub servicing and maintenance
- Hot tub deliveries
- Writing work orders and invoicing for jobs
- Working independently in the field and traveling for service across Vancouver Island. (Vehicle provided.)

Qualifications:

- High school diploma
- Valid BC Drivers License
- Relevant work experience
- Willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Great customer service
- Clean and organized
- Punctual
- Strong, self starter with good problem solving skills
- Hardworking, reliable, honest, and dependable

Starting wage: $18.00 per hour + Commission

Schedule:

- 5 days a week with option to work weekends if willing.

COVID-19 considerations:
Service technicians are provided with hand sanitizer and masks in their vehicles. All technicians are required to wear a mask when speaking with customers and upon entering their homes.

**Experience**:

- plumbing or electrical experience is preferred.
- mechanical experience is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
