Kingsmill Foods is a beverage manufacturer located in Toronto. We manaufacturer a wide range of products which are available through cafe and retail in both North America and world wide.

We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our dymanic team as Purchasing Agent. This is great opporuntity for a recent unversity graduate to grow and gain exprience within our Procurement team. Reporting to Procurement Manager, the purchasing agent will be responsible for product sourcing and ordering, inventory management and vendor relations management.

**Responsiblities**

obtain product information from vendor for price, availability ,delivery, and price

maintain inventory levels to match production demand and customer needs

create, analyze and release PO's

transfer invertory and PO

prepare spreadsheets and make comparison for price

prepare spreadsheets and make comparison for delivery dates

prepare spreadsheets and make comparison for quality

accountable for developing and maintaining a strong relationship with vendors

continously ways to improve external and internal processes

monitor MRP and and provide feedback to departmant manager

constant review, analysis, and maintenance of all SKU's

commuinicate dates to both QA team and Recieving Team

any other task related duties as required

**Requirements**:
University degree in Business, Purchasing filed or relevant degree

knowledge of what is a MRP/ERP system

excellent computer skills - excel is a must

strong analytical skills and time management skills

fast learner who is resourceful and is able to work indepentable and within a team

able to prioritize and meet specific deadlines

able to work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail

able to work in a fast pace enivornment and able to mutli task and adapt easily to change

excellent commuication skills in verbal and written

position is from Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm in office only
