We are a Medical Aesthetic Skin Care Clinic specializing in Injectables, Laser and Fractional Treatments, Body Contouring and Skin care products
**Job description**
Seeking an honest, reliable and outgoing leader who has Office Administrative and Management skills with an aptitude for customer service and sales for a medical aesthetic skin care clinic in Kitsilano. One to two years experience in a medical aesthetics clinic is preferred. Must have good communication and English skills. Familiarity with the Jane scheduling and billing software is a plus. Willing to be trained as Clinical assistant.
**Job Duties**
**Administrative**
Scheduling and following up with patients
Preparing office and equipment for aseptic techniques
Excel skills will be an asset
**Marketing/Sales/Training/Management**:
Establish strong and productive relationships with industry reps, professionals contracted for SEO Marketing, Social Media, Website, and develop in house marketing strategies and training. Experience or willing to train for in-house social media marketing
Planning, scheduling and promoting office events
Proficient in strategies for patient retention and new patient growth
Manage inventory and maintain stock of office, medical, and cosmetic supplies
Assisting doctor during procedures and performing cosmetic services based on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week
**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
