Job Title: Medical Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team at Northshore Medical Clinic.

Job Summary:

The Medical Clinic Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This role involves a variety of tasks, including administering tests, assisting with patient care, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer tests and instruct patients on test procedures
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory of medications and supplies
  • Process claims and collect statistics
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Operate and maintain sterilization equipment and instrumentation
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception and scheduling
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
