We are expanding our reach within the architectural and design communities in Toronto and are looking for a motivated A&D Representative to help us grow our presence and influence.

Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as A & D Representatives in Toronto. As an A & D Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to architects and designers in the Toronto area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales presentations to architects and designers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the design industry
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when interacting with clients over the phone
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales revenue

**Skills**:

- A minimum of two years experience in an Architectural or Design firm is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry tasks with high attention to detail
- Phone etiquette skills for professional client interactions
- Ability to upsell products or services effectively
