**About LotLinx**:
Lotlinx is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator who can join us on our revolutionary journey, using your technological skills and experience to support us and make us more efficient.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our internal services technology needs (IT help desk), responsible for onboarding and offboarding remote and local employees (user lifecycle management), assist the IT Manager with company-wide IT compliance initiatives, manage your own IT projects both independently and collaboratively, assist with software and services deployments, support, and management, and provide input or ideas for process improvement opportunities.

From day one, you'll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Primary IT help desk support contact
- Assist the IT Manager with company-wide IT initiatives and provide valuable input
- User lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding: managing access, installing software, procuring/assigning existing hardware, and meeting with new hires on their first day to setup their hardware and software
- Manage IT projects: independently and collaboratively
- Software and management: vetting, configuring, testing, deploying, training, troubleshooting, monitoring, advising, and documentation
- IT asset management: hardware and software

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Motivated, self-driven, quick learner, and enthusiastic
- Degree or diploma in a related Information Technology field
- 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management
- IT support and operational experience in a remote world; or good grasp of best practices
- OS agnostic: Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS
- Excellent knowledge of technical management best practises, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Example software: Google Workspace, Okta, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365, BetterCloud, and GoToAssist Remote Support
- Familiar with cybersecurity best practices
- Expertise with implementing, configuring and testing solutions
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
