As a Night Shift Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities during the night shift. You will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing repairs to minimize downtime and enhance overall operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns to minimize production disruptions.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used, in maintenance logs and reports.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and health regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts and be on-call as needed.
