Are you an innovative and customer-focused individual who is passionate about bringing industry leading software products to market and the opportunity of transforming the global mining industry?

Teck is expanding the scope of its RACE transformation program (Renew, Automate, Connect, Empower), which delivered significant value to Teck, and has launched a go-to market team. We have invested in a scalable, multi-tenant platform that can support a number of customers and are preparing our groundbreaking products as enterprise grade, market-ready solutions. These steps will ensure our products deliver meaningful impact and operational performance, and that our customers extract the full potential and value from them.

This is a 3-4 month opportunity to start with possible extension.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Manage the CRM for all sales and partnership activity
- Coordinate / lead the channel, direct and partnership sales process
- Support the primary relationship owner with presentation material, product demonstrations and engagement management
- Continue to evolve the existing sales process as the commercial team matures
- Handle key engagements through an engagement calendar
- Build a reporting suite and executive dashboard, tracking meaningful metrics and facilitate reporting to senior leadership

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales, proven track record of meeting/ exceeding sales targets, and knowledge of sales methodologies
- Knowledge of the mining industry, market trends in software, customer needs
- 3+ years experience in (software) sales, minimum account executive level
- 2+ years professional experience in mining, ideally related to software technology
- Experience at Teck with RACE products is considered an asset
- Average recurring revenue-driven (ARR)/ production-oriented and hands-on attitude towards delivering positive results
- Assertive, confident presence with strong leadership skills and an inspiring personality
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills with high levels of empathy
- High numerical confidence with ability to make data-informed decisions
