Box Office Agent

**True North Sports + Entertainment is looking for customer focused and highly motivated Individuals to join our team.**

Box Office Agents *provide a superior guest experience to all customers at the Box Office.

What to be excited for in this role: *
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service to all Winnipeg Jets, Manitoba Moose, Canada Life Centre, and Burton Cummings Theatre patrons.
- Ensure account holders have a thorough understanding of the Mobile Ticketing System, and that all amenities of the program are thoroughly and effectively communicated.
- Ensure all information is accurate, current, and well-documented for all customer account correspondence and activities in CRM database.
- Conduct in-person ticket sales at Box Office locations across multiple ticketing software platforms.

What we need from you: *
- Demonstrated experience providing superior customer service and proactively anticipating problems and/or issues.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Sound ability to communicate in verbal and written form.
- Must be flexible with working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays on an as-needed basis.
- Basic computer skills with familiarity of Microsoft Windows.
- Highly motivated and proactive self-starter.
