As a Front Desk Coordinator at Hair&SkinCO in Winnipeg, you play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our clients. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our salon.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs. Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions. Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

**Appointment Scheduling**: Manage salon schedules efficiently, coordinating appointments for hair and skin services. Utilize salon software to schedule, modify, and confirm appointments. Notify stylists and estheticians of their upcoming appointments.

**Cash Handling**: Process payments accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain an organized cash drawer. Ensure compliance with salon cash handling policies.

**Maintain Reception Area**: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure reading materials and promotional materials are up-to-date. Manage retail product displays.

**Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Collect feedback on services and overall salon experience. Address client feedback or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

**Assist with Retail Sales**: Promote and sell salon retail products. Provide product information and recommendations to clients. Monitor and replenish retail inventory as needed.

**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to salon management as needed. Assist with record-keeping, filing, and other clerical tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with salon procedures and services is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
