**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and build seasonal menus that reflect our commitment to quality and creativity.
- Maintain proper inventory control, including ordering and managing stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling requirements.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the back of the (BOH).
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently, especially during high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance the overall dining experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling regulations.
- Proven experience in menu development and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- A passion for craft beer and spirits is a significant asset.
- Creative mindset with a desire to innovate and experiment.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
**Experience**:
- Cooking: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
