**Main responsibilities**:

- Be proficient in organizing and achieving the following DevSecOps practices:

- Integration of security in all DevOps activities
- Source code management
- Continuous integration
- Continuous deployments
- Automated testing
- Automated security testing
- Application monitoring
- Establish the strategy to implement DevSecOps practices as part of an initiative comprised of several squads
- Support teams in their DevOps journey by providing training and coaching
- Actively collaborate in documenting user guides for the various tools
- Define and communicate relevant metrics (KPIs)
- Understand the agile delivery method in a SAFE context and how DevSecOps activities are managed in it

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the Periodic Table of DevOps Tools (if not, when you see it, you’ll understand) and mastery of at least one tool per category in this table
- Experience in Java programming and expertise in SDLC
- Above-average understanding of security
- Experience in the banking field, an asset
- Experience in a collaborative environment with external service providers
- Strong ability to adapt rapidly to changes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Bilingual required: Ability to communicate effectively in English (for dealing with English-speaking colleagues)
- Strong ability to take initiative and innovate
