**About the role**

We are looking for a Manager, DevSecOps platform & COE to join our growing team

You will oversee the practice, tools and platforms that allow Intact developers to create amazing software. Your team provides an ecosystem that allows to create new development environments, create code repositories, launch automated tests, continuously integrate, and deliver software to production, update observability tools and support a continuous improvement approach.

**What you'll do here**:

- Develop a productive and engaged team of about a dozen of professionals, growing their technical and leadership skills and fostering collaboration.
- Simplify the job of hundreds of developers with best-in-class DevSecOps practice, tools and platforms.
- Manage the roadmap and strategy for your team.
- Create and execute delivery plans for the components and processes required.
- Maintain visual management systems for your team.
- Keep a technical watch on the software development trends and keep an outside in perspective.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or any other relevant combination of work experience.
- Experience in managing IT initiatives.
- Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery methods.
- Solid comprehension of IT technologies.
- Management experience.
- Bilingualism (French / English) -_ Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country._
