**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Admin Assistant/Copywriter** to support our administrative and marketing functions. You will play a key role in customer service, and office administration, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, as well as research and copywriting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
This position includes a range of duties that combine both administrative and copywriting tasks:
**Administrative Assistant - Reception Responsibilities**
- **Front Line Customer Service**: First point of contact for phone inquiries and yard sales, ensuring professional and helpful service.
- **Order Taking**: Assist with agricultural, mulch, and bulk orders, pre-qualifying inquiries before forwarding to the sales team, and managing credit card prepayments.
- **Dispatch Administration**: Prepare sales orders for delivery, manage delivery slips, and update GPS routes.
- **Operations Administration**: File pre-trip reports, work orders, and track incident reports and near-misses.
- **Office Inventory**: Manage office supply orders, clothing orders, and prepare new employee welcome bags.
- **Research & Projects**: Support with assigned research projects and office projects as required by the office manager. Contribute to blogs, research, strategic content planning, and some social media.

**Qualifications**:
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
**Experience**:
- Research: 1 year (preferred)
- Proofreading: 1 year (preferred)
