**Inventory Operations Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement inventory management strategies and procedures
- Oversee the entire inventory process, including ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly
- Optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts and overstocks
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
- Evaluate and select third-party logistics (3PL) providers as needed
- Utilize Excel to generate reports and analyze inventory data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to source new suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
