Job Description

Sally Beauty Corporate is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of sales associates to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer experiences, maintaining brand standards, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operations: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, payroll, and scheduling, ensuring seamless execution of company processes.
  • Safety and Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to policies and procedures to prevent losses and protect company assets.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of retail sales/customer service experience, with at least 1+ year(s) prior management experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Proven leadership skills, ability to lead or support a team, effective communication, scheduling availability, and cosmetology license desirable but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, Sally Beauty Corporate offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
