**VIE CIB Cash & Liquidity Product Manager - Montreal M/F**

**Your daily routine?**

As a VIE within our Cash & Liquidity Product Management Team, you assist the Product Management team or you operate independently on the launching of new products or product functionalities (e.g. implement product pricing and ensuring pricing structure is well understood by all stakeholders, updating internal documentation/processes, etc.) to the maintenance and optimization of existing products (e.g. analyzing the monthly Product KPIs, providing product expertise when needed in case of incidents, etc.) and you answer to compliance requests.

You are in charge to provide support in the product design, development and commercialization process, including the translation of the business needs into clear product requirements and participation in the preparation of the marketing and communication material (e.g. product presentations, pitches, trainings, etc.),

You also collaborate with Business, IT, Legal and other teams to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.

You will join “The Cash & Liquidity Product Management Team” which is a dynamic team of 3 people that scouts the market for opportunities, builds and deploys new solutions in coordination with all stakeholders, trains Sales teams and monitors quality of services per product line.

Our team is part of the wider Transaction Banking Americas organization and covers North-America (United States and Canada).

**The next steps?**

You will learn about the corporate process of collecting and managing cash as well as using it for short-term investing. More specifically, you will develop a good understanding of the North-American Cash and Liquidity Management marketplace.

This position provides you not only with a window to the regional BNPP organization (IT, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders in addition to the Business), but also to BNPP Transaction Banking globally.

We will help you grow your network, become a better multi-tasker, sharpen your professional curiosity and adapt your communication style to your interlocutors (varying from sometimes technical to more strategic discussions).

**Are you our next **VIE**?**

You have a master degree majoring in finance. You have gained a minimum of 6 months’ experience (internships and work-study program included) in this field, ideally in the banking sector. You have developed some skills in Blockchain, Cash Management and Corporate deposits, and you have good knowledge in Corporate Clients and ideally you know BNP Paribas organization.

You are client focus and you have some ability to communicate and to synthetize. You have Digital knowledge and culture, and you have appetite in Fintech or Insurtech. You demonstrate effective analytical skills and rigor, and you are good at setting up relevant performance indicators. Your ability to develop network, to make some market watch and research and to adapt will also be assessed to progress on this mission.

You speak fluent French and English and you have a good command of the “ Pack MS Office Microsoft Excel”.
