Burlington, Canada O`Brien Lifting Solutions Inc. Full time

O’Brien Installations Limited (O’Brien) is a manufacturer of overhead cranes, jib cranes, workstation cranes, gantry cranes and a supplier of commercial doors and loading dock equipment, serving the industry for over 60 years, with sales, service and manufacturing facilities in Burlington and London Ontario and a sales and service office in Levis, Quebec.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Carries out Inspection and test activities as required by quality plans, customer and or stated requirements.
- Issue CAR's (Corrective Action Report) for all product that doesn't meet the stated requirements.
- Maintain inspection and test records.
- Help develop and improve Quality System procedures, work instructions, flow charts and associated process improvements.
- Product Identification responsibilities include verification and or physical product making for traceability.
- Carries out incoming inspection on specified equipment.
- Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s)
- Create manuals, commissioning reports and communicate with customer for documental closeout.
- Create Decals, Serial No plates for cranes and Equipment.
- May be required to prepare drawings, BOM creation and additional project support when / as required.

Good to Have
- Exercise a general knowledge of mechanical and structural engineering principles daily.
- Help Designers with drafting, BOM creation and project release when / as required.

**Expected Requirements -**
- Diploma - Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, or Quality control
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
