This position leads a team of planning and analytics professionals who proactively enable predictable performance, risk management and strategic priorities across all Repeatable Facilities (or Pipeline Programs) work types. The manager will lead key department wide processes including optimized triage and work assignment, multi year portfolio planning, department reporting and analytics, and advancing optimization and continuous improvement culture for the Repeatable Facilities (or Pipeline Programs) function.

What You Will Do:
Manages a team of professionals accountable for

Planning:
- Proactively engage BU customers early in cycle to establish multi year plan to sequence work ensuring most efficient and effective use of resources. This includes activities associated with development, scheduling and estimating of work for the entire dept and continual evaluation and optimizing across the portfolio.- Ensure timely, criteria-based triage and assignment of new work to the optimal execution resources and in alignment with strategic priorities.- Establish and continually evolve efficient project lifecycle governance that is right sized for repeatable and direct to execution work.

Performance reporting and analytics:
- Enable dept performance management processes, tools, systems.- Central point to collect and maintain historical performance data (e.g. Historical Cost Database) in support of planning and execution teams.- Develop, gather, analyze, and report Metrics and KPI’s on the Portfolio and other identified processes including regular dept and work type review meetings.

Continuous improvement:
- Drives the continuous improvement culture, processes and systems including leading cross cutting improvement initiatives to drive quantifiable benefits.

Who You Are:
You will have the following education & experience:
- Related University degree(Engineering, statistics, project management or equivalent) or related construction or operational training.- Minimum 8 or more years of progressive experience related to engineering design, planning and project management experience directly related to pipeline and/or pipeline facilities work. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.- Extensive demonstrated experience in managing work involving Operations, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.- Experience working with and understanding of industry standards and governmental regulations related to pipeline construction and management.- Knowledge of financial and administrative processes as well as human resources management.- Excellent leadership, project management, conflict resolution, communication and interpersonal skills.- Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion along with our ways of working.

Preferred:
- Masters' degree or related professional designation.- Preference to those with people leadership and minimum 10 years owner pipeline experience.- Experience in transformation and change management of large-scale transformation projects.- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process excellence tools/principles.

Working Conditions:
Office environment with moderate travel (approx. 15%) to field locations.
