My Fireplace is a full service Heating and Cooling company which is family owned and customer service orientated, building relationships based on honesty and respect.

We are currently seeking an experienced Fireplace Service/Maintenance Technician.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing fireplaces and performing warranty services.
- Troubleshoot propane and natural gas fireplaces.
- Present findings and options to customers; provide advice and recommendations.
- Present customers with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, repairs and/or replacement equipment.
- Courteous & professional communication with customers, team members, partners & suppliers.
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed, thorough and accurate billing of all work performed.
- Ensuring customer and shop work areas, and company provided vehicles are kept clean, organized, and safe.

This is a full-time position from 7:30AM - 5:00pm Monday to Friday with occasional after-hour/weekend work required.
