We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renovator to join our dynamic team. As a Renovator, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of renovation tasks, including drywall and finish carpentry, simple plumbing, siding, tiling, and various other renovation jobs. Experience with both renovation and concrete/stucco work is a significant plus. This is a paid position with ample opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.

**Duties**:

- Perform a variety of renovation tasks, including but not limited to:

- Drywall installation and finishing
- Finish carpentry, including trim work and cabinetry
- Simple plumbing tasks
- Siding installation and repair
- Tiling for floors, walls, and other surfaces
- Install various types of flooring materials
- Handle cabinet installation and repairs
- Conduct general maintenance and minor repair tasks
- Carry out construction painting projects
- Utilize carpentry skills for both framing and finishing work
- Assist with roofing projects, including repairs and installations

**Skills and Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proven experience in drywall installation and finish carpentry
- Proficiency in basic plumbing tasks
- Expertise in siding installation and repair
- Skill in laying tiles for floors, walls, and other surfaces
- Strong knowledge of various flooring installation methods and materials
- Experience in cabinet installation and repair
- General maintenance skills for a range of tasks
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques and materials
- Familiarity with roofing systems and ability to conduct repairs and installations
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with both renovation and concrete/stucco work
- Additional certifications or training in relevant construction or renovation areas

Pay: $32.00-$34.00 per hour
