**In this role you will**:

- Encourage your team to delight every customer, and make their experiences memorable
- Be the first to learn about new products and services and provide tailored solutions to your customers
- Be a team player by supporting and empowering them to drive towards higher sales results month over month
- Work with the Sales Manager to provide the team with superior leadership and help them realize their potential
- Actively sell and lead by example.
- Assist in monitoring the daily operations of the store including inventory management

- 1-2 Retail/Sales Management experience
- Degree/Diploma in Retail Management, Sales, Business or other preferred
- Leading teams by example, driving top line sales & services
- Leadership experience in a commissioned sales environment would be ideal
- Dynamic and energetic personality with make it happen attitude
- Exceptional communication skills and coaching ability
- Tech savvy with interest in learning the fast-paced communication retail industry
- Excellent organizational, change and time management skills
- Strong administration capabilities including aptitude for numbers and scheduling

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
