Specializing in SaaS, Blockchain, ERP, web3 & onchain solutions, our team of software and web specialists is dedicated to creating cutting-edge digital products for clients worldwide. This is a three (3) month paid contract with the potential for long-term employment & benefits.

Spécialisée en solutions SaaS, Blockchain, ERP, web3 et onchain, notre équipe d’experts en logiciels et en développement web se consacre à la création de produits numériques innovants pour des clients à l’échelle mondiale. Il s’agit d’un contrat rémunéré de trois (3) mois avec possibilité d’un emploi à long terme et d’avantages sociaux.

**1. Overview**:

- We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to make a mark in the blockchain & web3 industries.
- You'll be working closely with our sales and project teams to identify new business opportunities, scope out projects, and build relationships with potential clients.
- We’re looking for someone with a strong interest in technology, great communication skills, and a passion for understanding customer needs.

**2. Obligations**:

- Spot new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Initiate & engage with potential clients to identify their pain points, needs, and how Webisoft’s solutions can help.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope based on client discussions and needs analysis.
- Assist in creating proposals and presentations that communicate Webisoft’s value to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, especially in blockchain and web3, to anticipate market shifts and client needs.
- Work closely with sales, project management, & technical teams to ensure smooth handoff of information to align on goals.

**3. Qualifications**:

- Strong interest in blockchain, web3, or decentralized technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.

**4. Nice to Haves**:

- Recent graduate with a degree in: Business, Marketing, Design, Computer Science, Cryptography, Liberal Arts, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Proficiency in Git and version control systems, including pull request (PR) management & collaboration workflows.

- Contribuer à la création de propositions et de présentations qui démontre la valeur ajoutée par Webisoft pour les clients potentiels.
- Rester informé(e) des tendances de l’industrie, particulièrement dans la blockchain et le web3, pour anticiper les évolutions du marché et les besoins des clients.
