**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their renovation goals and preferences.
- Plan and execute various renovation projects, including kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, and whole-home makeovers.
- Provide sound advice on design, layout, and material selection to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Perform hands-on renovation tasks, including carpentry, tiling, flooring, painting, and more.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in home renovation and remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong customer service orientation.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Russell, ON K4R 1A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
