**Jackson's Landing is looking for a Line Cook to come join our team**

As a **Line Cook**, your primary focus will be to assist in the execution of the brand menu as well as the restaurant kitchen operations and controls according to company standards.

**What you will do in this role**:

- Deliver top quality food and service to all Guests and teammates
- Manage inventory, food and company assets
- Ensure consistency of quality, portion control and plated presentation
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff
- Promote and communicate safe food handling directives, temperature specifics and sanitation
- Learn all areas of the kitchen and grow as a leader
- Implement and adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures

**What we are looking for from you**:

- FT/PT
- Minimum 1- 3 years of relevant restaurant experience
- Bonus points for Red Seal Certification
- Food Handler’s Certification
- Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Possess a passion for food and service
