Novalex Auto Parts Inc. is a leading brand in Auto Supply and we are looking for automotive supply enthusiasts who enjoy helping others and have a desire to grow in the industry. Our company is a key player in the After-market Auto Supply sector currently with 4 locations and expanding.

As a warehouse assistant, your role will be essential in providing the best customer service to our customers, with quick and easy turn around of orders, ensuring expertise in product and inventory and providing the best purchasing experience possible.

You will
- Receive, check, record, organize and store stock as it is received
- Track and monitor inventory of stock and products with the use of the ERP system
- Pick, prepare and label orders accurately and timely for both drivers and e-commerce online purchases
- Keep warehouse organized, products are stored safely and according to WHIMIS requirements and shelves are stocked and reorganized as needed
- Assist with stock counts per request
- Participate in internal meetings as required
- Assist the warehouse manager with further warehousing tasks as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Keen interest in Auto Supply sector
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous shipping & receiving experience is an asset
- Able to work independently and in a team environment with minimum supervision
- Forklift and WHIMIS certification
- Strong verbal and listening communication skills
- Positive attitude, good work ethic and high energy level
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work
- Ability to respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to frequently carry, lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
- A desire to learn

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
