Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Agronomy Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will provide support to our customer base and assist in reaching production goals. This is an excellent starting opportunity for someone who is passionate about agronomy and customer service.

**Duties**:

- Preparation of cropping plans prior to growing season
- Shipping and receiving of various crop inputs
- Crop scouting and creating action plans
- Soil sampling and creation of reports
- Managing inventory of various inputs
- Reconciliation and invoicing of products and services
- Organization of customer events
- Receiving and shipping of customer grain at elevator
- Promotion of various services provided

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- G license with a clean record. AZ or DZ license an asset
