- Plan, create, and share engaging and brand-aligned content for our social media platforms, primarily focusing on TikTok and Instagram.
- Travel to different restaurant locations for on-site content creation, marketing campaigns, and special promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor trends, and analyze customer behavior.
- Collaborate with the broader team, including chefs and staff, at various locations to create informative and appealing content.
- Use marketing and social media management tools to enhance efficiency, maintain consistency, and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Analyze marketing metrics (like ROI and KPIs) to gauge the success of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
- Respond to followers' comments and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community around our brand.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or a similar role.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different locations as needed.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly blend different parts of a campaign into one cohesive narrative.
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and networks simultaneously.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) and generate innovative marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.
