OSL (Outsourced Sales Leadership) was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.

**What you’ll do**:

- Define Quality KPI’s to ensure our sales team maintain a high level of moral and ethical behavior while marketing our client’s products and services door to door
- Develop strategy and manage the successful execution of all Quality focused programs and ensure achievement of Quality Targets
- Work closely, day to day, with our client Marketing and Operations teams to establish and manage the regional/national scorecards
- Collaborate and strategize with OSL Sales & Ops Directors to plan execution, target setting, performance management to drive sales integrity
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of all programs
- Develop and provide daily, weekly, monthly performance reporting to internal & external stakeholders
- Define Performance management metrics (Quality PPM) & Incentive ideation to support Quality KPIs
- Ensuring project deadlines met and deliverables executed flawlessly.
- Partner with Bell Quality and Corporate Security teams and proactively address and mitigate Quality risks
- Various other duties and projects as required

**To be successful and join our team**:

- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinker, and people development skills
- Able to develop strong business and personal relationships with Bell Canada’s Sr. leadership team
- Inspirational and creative sales leader that possesses demonstrated experience driving aggressive results with an eye for continuous improvement
- Customer service-oriented, teamwork and collaboration, adaptability, and Initiative
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and corporate level
- Confidence to present and address challenging questions from clients
- Exhibit excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
