As a Project Development Manager at Prism Construction, you will be fully responsible for pre-construction phase of our large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

**Position Title**: Project Development Manager

**Position Type**:Full time

Your role at Prism will include:

- Managing property development including project scoping, design and permitting
- Selecting and managing planners, architects and engineers
- Hit design and permitting targets
- Following up and reporting
- Other relevant duties as required

- experience with design, permitting and construction in B.C.
- education in Real Estate, Commerce, Urban Land Economics, Architecture or Planning
- Familiar with AutoCAD and/or Revit
